How I Work

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step. My aim is to provide a calm and supportive environment where you can explore what’s going on in your life at a pace that feels right for You.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on different therapeutic approaches including psychodynamic, humanistic and trauma-informed perspectives. I also incorporate EMDR therapy when working with trauma or distressing past experiences.

I’m an integrative psychotherapist with over ten years’ experience working across private practice, the NHS, and community mental health services. I support adults navigating difficulties such as anxiety, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, identity questions, addiction, and trauma.

My approach is trauma-informed, inclusive, and tailored to you. I aim to offer a calm, compassionate and collaborative space where you can slow things down, feel heard, and explore what’s been happening without judgement.
Together, we can make sense of patterns, feelings and past experiences with care, helping you develop deeper self-understanding and build practical ways to cope day to day at a pace that feels manageable.
