About Me
I’m an integrative psychotherapist and accredited EMDR Europe practitioner with over ten years of experience across private practice, the NHS, and community mental health. My approach is rooted in compassion, trust and collaboration. I provide a trauma informed, inclusive psychotherapy space where you can feel heard, supported and safe enough to explore your inner world at your own pace.
Working as an integrative psychotherapist, I bring together humanistic, psychodynamic and somatic approaches to support adults experiencing anxiety, grief, trauma, addiction, burnout, relationship challenges and identity-related difficulties.

My Approach
My work weaves together humanistic, psychodynamic, and somatic perspectives. Together, we’llexplore patterns, feelings, and experiences with care, helping you understand what’s been shaped by the past, and what you’d like to build moving forward.
Sessions are collaborative and compassionate, with space for reflection as well as practical grounding when things feel intense.
My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I draw on a range of therapeutic perspectives depending on what feels most helpful for you.
My training includes integrative psychotherapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), and approaches informed by mindfulness and trauma-informed practice.

Humanistic
A compassionate and collaborative approach where we explore your feelings and experiences in a safe, supportive space, helping you understand yourself better and move toward meaningful personal growth.

Psychodynamic
We gently explore patterns and emotions shaped by past experiences, gaining deeper insight into how they influence your present life and what you would like to change or build moving forward.

Somatic Perspectives
Alongside reflection, we use grounding and body-aware practices to support emotional balance, helping you stay present and steady when thoughts or feelings become intense.
EMDR therapy (trauma-informed support)
I’m an accredited EMDR Europe practitioner. EMDR can be helpful for processing distressing memories and reducing the impact of trauma, anxiety, and other experiences that feel “stuck”. If EMDR is appropriate for you, we’ll talk it through carefully and move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.
