EMDR therapy (trauma-informed support)
I’m an accredited EMDR Europe practitioner. EMDR can be helpful for processing distressing memories and reducing the impact of trauma, anxiety, and other experiences that feel “stuck”.
If EMDR feels like something you’re curious about, we can explore whether it’s appropriate for you. If we decide to work with EMDR, we’ll go carefully and collaboratively, always at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
